Throwback Thursday – The Shot is Worth the Wait

It is hard to sit still and wait for wildlife to come to you, but it is worth the wait. You have to remember that they are wild and that usually means that they will leave when you arrive or when they notice your presence. If you know that an animal will be back, be patient.

This image was captured after at least an hour of waiting near a rumored Fox den. I like that she is obviously relaxed and trotting along on her normal business.

This is the wildlife shot I like to find.
